What do you get when you combine a strong Hatha Flow practice, with balance, breath, and dance movements? Come explore the union of Yoga and Dance. We will focus on strength, balance, and human kindness… using Yoga and Dance (Tango) movements as tools. Unlike traditional classes, the goal is not to be a better yogi, nor is it to become a better dancer. Instead, the goal here is to become more grounded, and in this way, open the possibilities of deepening your yoga practice, becoming a better dancer, or just re-learning how to have fun. You don’t need to be a dancer or a yogi to join us. Just bring an open mind, a water bottle, and a yoga mat. No partner required. No experience required.
