Larry Martin is Director of Ren/aissance del Tango Argentino, organizing dances, workshops, and shows. He teaches tango privately by appointment.
"For many years I had been happily exploring the many myriad forms of dance when tango struck me like a bolt of lightning. It was love at first sight. Tango was magical, sensuous and beautiful. No other dance in the world has the same richness of vocabulary and such possibilities of creative expression. The history of tango is the complex fusion of many musical cultures and it’s evolution over time has been marked by a continuous creative exploration of both movement and music.

My musical philosophy is to respect the pioneers of tango and to continue in their footsteps by pushing the creative boundaries of this dynamic living art form.
