They were produced by a couple of organizers with a talent for creating order. (Any guesses on where they're both from?) I'm not per se endorsing the material - I'd personally make a few different choices - but they are nonetheless a good and useful resource.

thx for sharing the link. You are asking where "we" are from. The flyers on xamooja were designed by Dirk a dancer from Berlin.
The other one is designed by myself. I am a Tango-DJ and dancer living in Vienna/Austria. These códigos are based on the concept of traditional milongas in Buenos Aires. You can experience this in milongas like Cachirulo or El Beso (two of the more famous traditional milongas in BsAs.) But also on many events in Europe where experienced dancers meet and dance, like some tango marathons.

Maybe one has to see how these rules work on a crowded milonga with people taking care of them in order to understand the importance and effectiviness of it..
