Mar 18, 2010 9:50 PMThanks, John, for doing this, and for all your other wonderful contributions!
Mar 18, 2010 10:37 PMwhat a great idea to do this survey. thank you!
Mar 19, 2010 5:27 PMI am glad to see that recently, more instructors are offering lessons for beginners.
Mar 19, 2010 7:15 PMI like the types of class series that are gradual but steady learning. The workshop thing that introduces a dozen new combinations in one or two hours is overwhelming to some. Learning one new thing a week would be great. That could amount to fifty new things a year. Rather than a whirlwind workshop that throws everything else off and takes a month to recover from.
Mar 21, 2010 8:12 PMIt seems that this survey could be more easily processed if many of the questions were specified as radio-dial choices among a limited list, rather than exclusively as fill-in-the-blank. For example, why is age range or time dancing tango a fill-in-the-blank? Fill-in-the-blank is much more difficult to tabulate, and leads to people interpreting things differently.
Definitions are also not clear - what is the difference between a "group class" and a "workshop"? Does a "workshop" constitute one session of a series of sessions throughout, for example, an entire weekend of sessions, or is it the entire weekend of sessions?
Mar 22, 2010 4:24 AMI'll be visiting Seattle next month (April 30-May 1) so I was checking out what the possibilities were.
Mar 23, 2010 12:40 AMthink about a way to connect people who want to seek a partner at their level. it'd be great to have a mechanism for this.
Mar 26, 2010 7:38 PMA. Tango rocks.
Mar 26, 2010 11:44 PMGreat informational site!

Apr 1, 2010 5:43 PMKeep up the good work!
Apr 3, 2010 1:50 AMWhoever puts this site together does a wonderful job. I find it superior in many respects to those I've seen for other, larger cities.
Apr 3, 2010 5:12 AMI love allseattletango. It's so nice to have everything in one place and to go there whenever I want. But sometimes I miss stuff because either I didn't look every day, or the class or event is not posted until it's full. Sometimes the posts are old and then I am ill-informed. For example when Pablo Veron came through, his classes were full almost by the time they were posted. Not sure how that happened. I guess I am not in the in-crowd! However, the site is much improved in recent months. I really like the calendar approach so I can plan ahead. Thanks so much for all the hard work!!
Apr 3, 2010 8:50 PMThanks for making the effort to do this survey!

Apr 9, 2010 5:03 AMWhat could be better than a wonderful evening with Tango and Champagne?
Apr 14, 2010 2:37 AMI believe navigation can be improved, and the home page can be made less cluttered. The first impression is that the info is hard to find, and too colorful. I'm reachable at -------@----.com, could you send my best regards to -----? Cheers! :-)
