Pablo Tapia



Pablo began his dance training in Ecuador, and formally started Argentine Tango in 1999 in Arizona with Michael Walker and Lori Ross. He moved to Buenos Aires in 2003 to focus on dancing pedagogy, social dancing at milongas, as well as studying body movement at the theater school Cabuia. Foundationally, he studied tango with masters such as Chicho and Lucia, Pablo and Dana, and Gustavo and Giselle. Pablo has taught in the US in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Seattle, and more recently in Europe. In past few years Pablo has extensively explored Afro-Cuban movement, as well as partner dances including bachata, kizomba, and zouk.
