Classes start on November 10th. We have confirmed the space at Bar Sur, 2901 1st Ave S [Map] to offer all of you a great series of tango classes.

NOTE: Right before the beginning of the classes in Seattle, Eva and I are guests in Port Townsend and will offer an intensive workshops series at the Manresa Castle, November 5-6. We will offer an intensive weekly schedule in Seattle beginning Tuesday Nov 10th. The schedule is as follows:

Tuesdays
November 10th, 17th and 24th

7:00 pm – 8:20 pm TANGO – Intermediate level
8:40 pm – 10:00 pm TANGO – Advanced level

Thursdays
November 12th, 19th, and 26th*

7:00 pm – 8:20 pm TANGO – Intermediate-Advanced level
8:40 pm – 10:00 pm VALS- MILONGA-TANGO Intermediate-Advanced level (we are going to work on something different each week)

* Due to Thanksgiving day this class will be rescheduled but we don’t have a confirmed alternative day yet.

The rest of the days Eva and I are available for private lessons most of the days. Schedule your lessons to complement the work of the group classes or to work on those things that is hard to do in a group class. A few private lessons can make a big difference in the way you understand the dance. Give it a try!

Intermediate level class is intended for people with less than 18 months of experience. But at least 1. You need to be able to walk with another person and hold the embrace and move together.

Advanced level is designed for dancers with good control of turns, ochos and boleos. Or 18 months of experience.

Intermediate-advanced level means the class is advanced in its concept, but dancers of both levels can take this class because the material and technical aspects reviewed in the class are important for dancers of all levels.

The cost of the classes is $20 per class, $35 for two classes the same day. Full pass includes access to all 12 classes offered in November 180 dollars payable on the first class.
