Mourad has enjoyed tango for fourteen years in Seattle, San Francisco, New York and in Buenos Aires. He has performed locally with the beautiful tanguera Chiara. Mourad studied with Oscar and Osky Casas, Susanna Miller, Alicia Pons, Ruben Harimbat, Pedro Rusconi (Tete), Pibe Avellaneda, and Osvaldo y Coca. Mourad also teaches the folk dance chacarera.
