Internationally acclaimed Argentine tango dancer and instructor, celebrated for his innovation, artistry, and powerful stage presence.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nicolás dedicated his life to tango from the age of 15, training in one of the city’s most prestigious dance schools. His early success in youth competitions, combined with extensive studies in classical and contemporary dance, helped shape his distinctive style, marked by precision, creativity, and exceptional visual expression.
Nicolás gained international recognition as part of the groundbreaking Filipeli brothers duo, making tango history in 2014 as part of the first male couple to reach the finals of the Tango World Championship, earning 4th place worldwide. In 2019, he once again demonstrated his extraordinary talent with an innovative performance that secured 3rd place in the world.
Over the course of his career, Nicolás has performed and taught across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, appearing in major international festivals, prestigious tours, television productions, and world-renowned tango events.
